We are a humanity before vanity grooming salon.
We are willing to de-matt your pet as long as the pet is comfortable with it and the level of matting is not at a severe point.
Please note: We cannot just "scissor out" the matting or leave the matting on your dog in order to avoid a de-matting fee.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we cannot do what is best for your pet.
Extra scissoring fee's generally apply to haircuts that are left 1 (one) inch or longer in length or specialty Fur-styles.

These products contain no chemicals and are all natural vegetable based dyes.
In fact, most of them have the same ingredients as dog toys or even some dog foods!

Many factors can determine how often your dog needs grooming, such as the length of the coat, the breed of your dog and the desired style or cut.
If your dog has a medium - long coat, we recommend that he or she has a full groom every 4-6 weeks.
If your dog has a long coat, we recommend a tidy up groom monthly to prevent having to shave off their coat when they become matted.
A long coated breed must be brushed and combed as often as possible.
Recommended 4 times per week at home.
As a dog owner you must ensure your dogs nails are trimmed every 2 months.
