I grew up in the Bay Area with dogs, cats, guinea pigs and horses. Attending Cal Poly, SLO I majored in Animal Science and then went into Food Service and eventually managed 5 of the Restaurants on Campus for 35 years. After retiring from Cal Poly Corporation I began my dream job of working with animals. I started JPetSits and have been Professionally Pet Sitting and Dog Walking for 10 years in San Luis Obispo.
For 38 years my husband and business partner have been the lucky dog parents to our many Newfoundlands and now 3 Havanese after we downsized. We also have a special kitty and have had several wonderful horses in our lives. I feel like all of the pets I have the privilege of taking care of are my friends and family. I am used to the mess and the work that goes into providing the best care for your little family members.
One of my favorite stories is about Bob the dog. Bob was an very old Chesapeake Bay retriever who was so loved by everyone. I had the privilege of caring for him during his last year.

Services
Together we will work out a schedule for the services you want.
These include feeding, pet cleanup - poop scooping, litter box cleaning, medications, fresh water and lots of loving.
I will bring in your newspaper, mail and any packages that arrive.
Take out the trash bins and bring in.
Alternate lights and blinds.
Turn music on or off.
I'll do light watering, but plants are not my forte!
I make the house look like someone is home.
I will ask you whether your neighbors know you will be gone, have keys, and whether they are friends or are strictly neighbors.
