The Rabies vaccine is required to assure all clients pets health and safety and is required by the state of Texas. It is at your discretion to protect them against other highly contagious and fatal viruses and diseases such as Distemper, Parvo, Bordetella, Lepto, the Feline Leukemia/Rhino Virus, Fleas and Ticks. Puppies and Kitties must be vaccinated by a licensed veterinarian at least 2 times before entering the salon for any type of grooming service to protect all clients we work with.
We accept paper documentation, screen shots of online records, and phone pictures of the paper documentation itself. Worms, open wounds, bacterial infections and other infectious issues are not allowed. They must be treated and healed before grooming is allowed. Please let us know if they have fleas so we can get rid of those immediately before they spread throughout the salon.
Excessive matting may be turned away and referred out for veterinary assistance. Pets in heat or pregnant are not allowed. Pets that bite will not be groomed here; with that being said, that does not mean we will not attempt to help your pet.

I will assess its' skin and coat to determine the necessary actions to achieve the results wanted.
Grooming always starts with cleaning the ears cleaned and a nail trim.
If any de-shedding, de-matting or shaving is required, some pre-work will be done before the bath.
Unless handling a kitten, cats are scrubbed with our natural deep cleansing shampoo to get rid of excess oil, dirt, and dandruff.
Other shampoos and conditioners may be used based on needs and wants.
