At Canine Guidance Center (CGC), there are many reasons why you do not need to go anywhere else for dog care. Our animal behaviorist speaks dog. All of our associates at our facility are fully trained and insured. We go above and beyond, taking our canine clients swimming, hiking, and running in the park for hours of fresh air and exercise. Our CGC charter school in the New York Metro/Westchester area compares to none other with premier training and boarding services including pick-ups and delivery.

It's simple, we speak dog!
Services
With forty years of experience working with dogs along with a good education in the science of animal behavior, the best is the love of doing what I do.
Seeing behavioral changes overnight and seeing happy dogs along with their owners just make it all good for me.
Most of the time it is just a simple disconnect between family members.
If it is more than that, behavior changes and time in my experience make things right always.
Let us set up an in-home evaluation and turn things around for the better of everyone.
For the busy family, the day starts at 6:30 in the morning.
We start picking the pups up and getting ready for a morning of running and playing hard with members of the pack.
And that is what it is that make us different, special.
Our clients come on the regular and we keep things small enough so everyone knows each other.
It is a pack.
A natural way for dogs to be together.
You come home to a well-behaved family member!
The price is surprisingly better than the chain daycares with high staff turnover.
Whatever your walking needs might be we are here for your family.
Homework is due and walking the dog cannot be done from the library or a business dinner that needs you attendance in Manhattan, we got you covered.
Our walkers are well trained dog owners as well as walkers.
They are also insured and responsible for your dogs best outing.
We cover Armonk, Mount Kisco, Pleasantville, and surrounding areas.
Just contact us and am sure we can come up with a time that works for all.
My 9-year-old chocolate lab, Toblerone (Tobes), and I met the owner of Canine Guidance Center, the day we moved into our new apartment on the UWS 7 years ago.
Lots of room for many members of the pack to play, relax, and rest.
Fresh water is always available.
The plants we have removed many things from the environment with oxygen being crated naturally.
We use LED plant lights.
We clean with biodegradable plant based products.
Just ask for our recipe.
Cleaned better and does no harm to the planet.
All of our building materials have be recycled.
CGC is way ahead for the next generation in being Green.
Members of our pack have no need for crates.
Big comfy dogs beds and open clean space to chill and think about how good it is to be me.
You know your dog is in good hands when he rushes out into the hallway all excited to great his caretaker.
And then happily trots off with him, not even turning around to say goodbye to you! That's how it is when Robert Spencer comes to pick up Smokey for a stay while we go out of town.
Body language says everything.
We can easily see that Smokey feels happy and secure in Spencer's hands.
And he always returns home happy, exhausted (from all the playtime) and in good shape.
Phinn has been going to the Canine Guidance Center since he was at least 6 months old.
