Home Alone Preferred Pet Care was established in 2003.
The founder started this business as a way to help with medical expenses for an ailing husband.
Realizing that there was a need in our local community for quality in-home pet care, and with her tremendous love of animals, Betty set out with a business plan, and the rest is history!
As Betty was finding the need for additional help with her growing business, my husband, Jim, and I joined Home Alone Preferred Pet Care as pet sitters in 2005.
We worked together for several years with Betty as she continued to teach us more and more about the business.

Your pets are typically caged almost all day and night, and may only be allowed out in a small "run" a few times per day.
The facility is noisy, dark at night, and full of unfamiliar and possibly frightening smells.
