Gabby was our foster dog and came to us from a high kill shelter in Kentucky through the efforts of Chicagoland Dog Rescue.
Our intention was not to adopt Gabby rather provide her a temporary landing pad to find her a home.
Little did we know that she would steal our hearts and stay in our home forever.
When Gabby came to us, she did not even know a "sit" command.
