Our fearless leader and founder, Josie Emch, holds degrees in Elementary Education and Interdisciplinary Studies with specialization in Learning & Pedagogy.
A lot of people say they were born to do what they do, but Josie really was. Her family has owned and operated Valley Child Care for 50+ years. Providing exceptional care is all she's ever known. In 2019, she graduated with her Associates in Elementary Education and is currently dual majoring in Special and Elementary Education at NAU. She is compassionate, analytical and efficient!
Currently obtaining her degree in Elementary Education with an endorsement in Early Childhood Education at NAU, Sandra comes to us with that Sitters Select spark and a lot of ambition.
