At the end of each visit we will leave a note card or will send a text with a walk/visit update.
We understand that unexpected things happen from time to time.
Therefore CityK9 does not charge any cancellation fees but would appreciate as much notice as possible.
If we do show up for a walk without being notified of your absence or any other change to the schedule, you will simply be billed for that walk's price.
