When I moved to the Palisades I had trouble finding a reliable dog walker for my dog Bella. So I saw a need for a trusted dog walking company and started my own. At Patriotic Paws Dog Walking (PPDW) we are dog people, but we are more than that. We actually know dogs. Pet parents choose us over other walkers because of our commitment to high quality care, knowledge, experience, and our corporate values.
Kim is fear free certified, pet CPR and first aid certified, and has completed the Karen Pryor Foundations in Dog Training. What does this mean for you? One time we arrived to a dog walk to find the toy sized dog eating something toxic. We have the knowledge to take the proper steps in an emergency such as this. Another time a new dog was happy to meet us during the meet and greet with the owners home but when the owners were not present the dog was fearful.
Our knowledge and actions kept the dog from turning the fear into aggression. We offer weekday mid-day dog walks @ $25 and potty breaks @ $18.
