We had a reservation at Pet smart for boarding our dog over the Thanksgiving holiday. Our dog was loaded in the truck and ready to be dropped off. I didn't feel great about leaving our sweet dog to be probably placed in a cage all weekend so at the last minute we saw Samantha's listing. She was located close to us so we placed a request. Samantha immediately responded and said she was available.
Ten minutes later we headed to her house instead. Our dog was comfortable right away and so were we about leaving her with Samantha. We got a sweet picture on Thanksgiving of our dog. We will use Samantha again when we need boarding for our dog. Samantha is very kind, caring, flexible and understanding of special needs. We left our baby with her for two weeks and upon our return he was happy and not depressed.
She kept him on our schedule, administered his medicine, and maintained his special diet. We never boarded our dog out before as we always hired house/animal sitters but after this experience we will definitely use Samantha again.

2. Any beds or blankets you will be providing for your pet must be washed before they arrive.
3. Provide a copy of your pets feeding schedule and routine.
4. Provide proof of up to date vaccinations.
5. Provide any emergency contacts and vet information.
6. Pet must wear a collar with up to date name tags during there stay.
