Their unique preferences, needs and schedules are adhered to from a screened and handpicked staff, 24 hours a day.
We truly enjoy caring for our guests and will do everything possible to help them stay healthy and feel happy.
Because we aimed to build a pet hotel and not a kennel you won't find unsightly concrete walls and floors.

Boarding Deposits: To maximize room availability, and to minimize "space saver" reservations, a deposit* is required for all boarding reservations, and will be automatically taken from the card on the account within 24 hours of booking.
We find this significantly minimizes "forgotten" reservations and prevents dates from booking up to far in advance.
Grooming Deposits: Because we are an appointment based grooming salon and don't stack dogs in cages all day waiting for their turn on the table and because we respect our groomers time and right to earn a living wage the following booking/cancellation policy is in effect.

By far the most luxurious feline accommodations in a 20+ mile radius, our cat condos are nothing like you have seen.
You won't find cages or even "cabinets" but actual full rooms from floor to ceiling with plenty of levels for them to perch on.
We also have a large indoor cat play area with furniture, TV and aquarium as well as an oversized outdoor screened in play area for fresh air on those lazy comfortable days.
Access to our indoor climate controlled living room / cat play room for group or individual play sessions (minimum of 2 per day).
You won't find cages or even "cabinets" but actual full rooms from floor to ceiling with plenty of levels for them to perch on.
We also have a large indoor cat play area with furniture, TV and aquarium as well as an oversized outdoor screened in play area for fresh air on those lazy comfortable days.

The Oasis Suite, our entry-level room, offers a climate-controlled 30 sq/ft living space connected to a 36 sq/ft private patio.
It has been designed to comfortably accommodate two average-sized Labs.

The Oasis is designed to comfortably accommodate up to a total of 70 inches of canine as measured from tip of nose to rump.
