A complimentary Meet & Greet is arranged before your first pet care reservation. Together we'll take a 20-30 minute tour of your home, review your pet care routine, and take the time to ensure a compatible fit between pets and pet sitter. We'll also confirm your pet's current vaccination record(s), and collect two working copies of your house key.
A great walk along your pup's favorite route is the focus of this visit, but that's not all we do. These mid-workday breaks include: playtime, treats, topping-off food and water bowls, poo-pickup and disposal, reinforcing formal training, reinforcing good leash manners, belly rubs, ear scratches, lots of luv, and treats.

This is a 60-minute visit (minimum), with a max 10-minute commute between homes/destinations.

For example, we'll pick up your mail, newspapers and delivered packages, water potted plants, rotate indoor and outdoor lights, take out and bring in the garbage/recycling bins.
This rate covers 2 indoor pets (Fish are free).
Of course, we are also happy to provide our feline friends with 30-minute visits per day too (more playtime)!

Extra Mileage All of our professional Pet Care service rates are based on a 15-minute commute to your location from our home base in Haw River, NC.
For longer commutes (beyond 15 minutes and up to 30 minutes each way) we add a mileage fee of $0.40/minute.
We request that you provide us with 2 keys at the time of our initial visit.
If you only have one available, we are able to make copies for you, and will pass the direct cost through to you, plus a $15 service fee.
Cancellations with less than 24-hours notice will be charged 100% of the service fee for that day, 25 to 72-hour notice will result in a 50% service charge.

By reviewing and signing a service agreement you authorize Nose, Toes & Tails Pet Care, LLC to care for your pet according to the terms outlined in your Client Pet Care Account, and the terms of the Service Agreement.
