Services
When you contact Tails of Philly, a staff member will arrange a pre-service consult (PSC) at your home shortly before your pet's first visit.
A PSC typically takes 20-30 minutes and allows us the opportunity to meet you and your pets, get acclimated to the space, answer any questions you may have, collect new client paperwork, get a spare key, and finalize our agreement.
We provide walks and visits morning, midday, evening and overnight 365 days a year!
Even if you are not leaving home, there may be instance where we can be of service.

Our dog walking/pet sitting rates vary depending on the type and length of each service and the number of pets.
Pets are taken out for bathroom breaks, exercise, socialization and TLC while you're at work or away!
House checks where we come by to bring in mail, identify problems, check house, etc.: $20 for 30 mins; $40 for hour long.
If we are picking up/dropping off outside of the Philadelphia area, the time it takes the driver and fuel used to travel to the pick up/drop off spot will be factored into the total cost.

On severe rain or snow days, we play it by ear.
If the City is shut down and traffic is bad during a snow emergency, we will have no choice but to give each dog a shorter walk.
