I'm Gretchen Savoy and I'm a dog and cat care provider in the Oak Park, River Forest, and Forest Park areas. Growing up, I showed Rottweilers and Pugs with my family. I got my first AKC obedience title on my Pug Holly when I was only 10 years old (the pictures are hysterical!)
I continued training dogs through high school and started teaching dog training classes in college. I started working in animal care at the age of 13 and paid my way through college working at a dog and cat kennel and groomer while earning a degree in Animal Science from the University of Maryland. After college, I spent several years working for the the Washington (DC) Humane Society in their cruelty and neglect shelter.
I love working with animals and helping owners work through their animal behavior problems to improve life with their 4-legged friends. These days, my husband and I are kept busy chasing 3 teenagers and 3 Pugs.
